Some people prefer Greek yogurt in their smoothies. Some people pack their full of peanut butter protein powder and almond milk.

The folks at Frozen Garden have opted for nothing but nature: they sent over nine varieties of their Green Smoothie line, full of fresh-frozen ingredients that only need to be blended with water. All feature a blend of dark leafy greens layered with fruits, vegetables, seeds and spices.

We tried a cross-section of flavors to see what they’re all about, and whether we’ll be incorporating them into our breakfast routines.

Green Smoothies are $6.99 per pouch. For more, see Frozen Garden’s website.
