Free summer lunch programs
Free grab-n-go breakfasts/lunches are being distributed at sites in both Carnegie and Crafton. The free meals are Monday through Friday throughout the summer and open to anyone 18 and under. There is no cost or sign-up required.
In Carnegie, there will be three distribution locations: outside of the Carnegie Borough Building, One Veterans Way, from 11 a.m.-noon; St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 601 Washington Ave.,4-5 p.m.; in front of the Carnegie Boys and Girls Club, 630 Washington Ave., 11:30 to 12:30 p.m.
In Crafton, the distribution location will be in front of Crafton Elementary School, 1874 Crafton Blvd., from 11 a.m.-noon.
Flea market
The Church of the Atonement, 618 Washington Ave., Carnegie has scheduled an indoor and an outdoor flea market for June 26 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Vendors are needed for the flea market on the lawn to rent space for $10, but they must bring their own table or blanket and chair. Church members will set up the indoor flea market. Some items for sale include baby/toddler clothing, bassinet, toys, golf bag/clubs, kitchen items, linens, yarn, lamps, puzzles, tools and more.

Women’s Business Network

Movies in the Park
South Fayette Township’s Movies in the Park summer series is set. Movies start at dusk (around 8:30 p.m.) at Fairview Park. Bring a blanket, chairs, bug spray and snacks.
Designated spaces for each household will ensure social distancing.
