At a 2019 event at Fox Chapel Area High School, Dr. Cyril Wecht demonstrates the theory behind the 1963 JFK assassination.

Dr. Cyril Wecht has been called “the Godfather of forensic pathology.”

Wecht, 90, has been involved in investigations into the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy as well as many other high-profile cases.

The former Allegheny County Coroner and county commissioner has written a memoir called “The Life and Deaths of Cyril Wecht: Memoirs of America’s Most Controversial Forensic Pathologist.”

In this video interview, Wecht discusses the book, his public corruption trials and the full case load he still handles despite reaching retirement age a quarter-century ago.
