The Fox Chapel Area School Board conducted its annual reorganization meeting Dec. 4, and members re-elected three of the board’s top officers.

Marybeth Dadd was re-elected president; Ronald P. Frank as vice president and Vanessa K. Lynch as assistant secretary.

Board members re-elected in the November election — Dadd, Frank, Lynch, Katie Findley and Treasurer Eric Hamilton were all sworn into office by Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Kevin G. Sasinoski.

Other members of the nine-member board are: Kimberly Joi Andrews, Amy B. Cooper, Adam G. Goode, and Ariel Zych.

Board members are elected in staggered terms.

All 2024 board meetings will take place on Mondays at 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted. There will be no meetings in July.

The Dec. 3, 2024, reorganization meeting will fall on a Tuesday and be immediately followed by a combined agenda study session and the board’s regular business meeting.
