Designer Bag Bingo benefits library
Friends of the Bethel Park Library are hosting a Designer Bag Bingo to benefit the library on April 14 at the Bethel Park Community Center, 5151 Park Ave. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at the library, by visiting tinyurl.com/mr2ypnvz or at Evey True Value Hardware, 5779 Library Road, Bethel Park. A ticket includes a 10-game bingo packet, door prize ticket and light snacks. BYOB.
Galleria hosts Spring Art Show
The Galleria of Mt. Lebanon is hosting a Spring Art Show from April 5-14 throughout the first floor of the mall, 1500 Washington Road.
Show hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Participants include members of South Arts Pittsburgh, Whitehall Arts, McMurray Art League, Bethel Park Art League and Photographic Section of the Academy of Science of Art of Pittsburgh.
Artwork and photos are framed and ready to hang in your home or be given as a gift. Cards and matted prints are also available. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.

Club presents ‘King of the Jungle’
South Hills Church of the Nazarene’s Acting Up Club at will present its next musical, “King of the Jungle,” at 6 p.m. April 20 and 21.
The performances will be held at the church, 5601 Library Road, Bethel Park. All are welcome to attend. Admission is free, and a cookie reception follows each performance.
St. Valentine’s flea market
The St. Valentine’s Women’s Guild is sponsoring an indoor flea market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 27 in Frawley Hall, 2710 Ohio St., Bethel Park.
Featured will be more than 75 vendor tables, a café for lunch, desserts at a bake sale and 50/50. There is no charge for admission.

School district job fair
Bethel Park School District will hold a job fair from 1-6 p.m. April 3 at its Central Administration Building, 301 Church Road.
The school district looks to fill these positions: bus drivers, bus aides, custodians, special education, paraprofessionals, cafeteria workers, substitute secretaries and substitute security.

Lions Park available for events
Reservations are available for Lions Park, 5757 Irishtown Road, Bethel Park.
The park is available for use from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. May through September. Included in the donation is use of the pavilion, walking trail with arboretum, baseball field and playground.
Amenities at the Bethel Park Lions Club facility include a kitchen, two bathrooms, fireplace, volleyball and bocce courts, and horseshoe pit.
