EduNations concert

EduNations is hosting its tenth annual benefit concert on Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. featuring artist Phillips, Craig & Dean. The concert will be held in the Memorial Park Church Sanctuary, 8800 Peebles Road, McCandless. Tickets are on sale now for $10 for an individual or $25 for a family with two or more children living in the same household.

Parks survey

Marshall Township is conducting a survey to determine how much its residents use township parks and which parks are most popular.

The survey is being conducted electronically and can be accessed by going to www.surveymonkey.com/r/MarshallRec.

Bradford Woods Women’s Club meets

The November meeting of the Bradford Woods Women’s Club will feature CPR instruction by Jovanna DiFiore.

The meeting is 9:30 a.m. Nov. 14 at the Bradford Woods Community Church. No reservations are needed.

Board members needed

Bradford Woods Borough is looking to fill one seat on the Environmental and Parks Advisory Council and one seat on the Zoning Hearing Board for an alternate member, both of which will come open in January.

Franklin Park brush clipping

Fall brush chipping in Franklin Park begins on Monday, Nov. 6

All brush must be at the curb by 7 a.m. that day.

The Public Works Department will pass through the borough one time to chip any brush/tree trimmings residents have placed at the curb. The date is subject to change.
