Resisting arrest, theft among cases heard by Judge Herbst

Monroeville District Court Judge Jeffrey Herbst handled these cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. Charges were filed by Monroeville police unless otherwise noted.

Waived for court

• Tacquela L. Williams, 30, of Wilkinsburg on theft of services. Charges were filed March 10.

• Bobbi Nuccetelli, 56, of Turtle Creek on two DUIs. Charges were filed Sept. 20.

• Gustavo A. Carios-Vasque, 45, of Plum on resisting arrest, DUI, disorderly conduct, careless driving and a hit and run. Charges were filed July 29.

• Brian R. Stile, 45, of Blairsville on a DUI charge. The charge was filed Aug. 21.

• Angela M. Holmes, 40, of Wilkinsburg on two DUIs, driving while impaired with a suspended or revoked license and failure to yield right-of-way. Charges were filed July 14.

Held for court

• Samantha L. Devey, 33, of Murrysville on theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed Nov. 18.

•Christian Wells, 23, of Pittsburgh on possession of narcotics, driving without a license, making an illegal turn and failing to drive withing a single lane. Charges were filed Sept. 28.
