Charges filed with Murrysville District Judge Charles Conway. All individuals have the right to a preliminary hearing and are innocent until proven guilty before a judge in the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.

• Kayla L. Brinker, 27, of Manor with simple assault and harassment following incidents at locations in Manor and Delmont.

• Brett M. Willyard, 25, of Blairsville with altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates and related traffic charges following a traffic stop on Route 22.

• Mark A. Loesch, 49, of Murrysville with stalking, criminal attempt and solicitation of prostitution following an incident on School Road.

• Juan Alejandro Frutos Cortes, 40, of Penn Township with criminal trespass following an incident at a Serenity Lane residence.

• Michelle Cicco, 52, of Penn Township with harassment following an incident on Claridge Road.

• James Trosky, 60, of Moon Township with harassment via social media.

• Zachary Musto, 25, of Rochester with strangulation, simple assault and harassment following an incident on Ohio Street.

• James L. Green, 62, of Pittsburgh, with retail theft ($416 in merchandise) following an incident at a Route 22 business.

• Samantha D. Nichols, 42, of Delmont with aggravated assault following an incident at a Carousel Drive residence.

• Justin G.J. McClain, 18, of Vandergrift with drug possession with intent to use and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Route 366 near Route 380.

• Jesse J. Siffin, 22, of Clarendon with driving under the influence (highest rate of alcohol; general impairment) and related traffic charges following a crash on East Pittsburgh Street.

• Alexa G. Leonard, 25, of Greensburg with accidents involving damage to property and careless driving following a crash on Route 22 at Mellon Road.

• Sean R. Kushner, 33, of North Huntingdon with driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, scattering rubbish and a related traffic charge following a traffic stop on Route 22.

• Marshall A. Stoken, 29, of North Huntingdon with retail theft following an incident at Tractor Supply in Delmont.

Charges were filed with Westmoreland County Juvenile Probation:

• A 14- and 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl with simple assault, reckless endangering and harassment following an incident at a Manor Vue Court residence.

• A 14-year-old boy from Delmont with simple assault following an incident at Franklin Regional Middle School.

• A Hickory Hill Road resident reported a “slow down” sign was stolen on March 11.

• A set of keys with a Nissan key fob was found on School Road between North Hills and Windover roads on March 12. To identify and claim, call 724-327-2100, ext. 200 and reference Incident #0776-21.

• A $220 retail theft was reported Feb. 18 at a business on Blue Spruce Way.
