Charges recently filed with Export District Judge Charles Conway. All individuals have the right to a preliminary hearing and are innocent until proven guilty or pleading guilty before a judge in the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.

• Christine M. Stasenko, 39, of Apollo, with harassment following a Feb. 13 altercation at a Golden Mile Highway business.

• Madison Hackett, 19, of Murrysville, with harassment following a Feb. 13 altercation at a Golden Mile Highway business.

• Alainna Stead, 18, of Monroeville, with harassment following a Feb. 13 altercation at a Golden Mile Highway business.

• Abygail Hoy, 19, of Pitcairn, with harassment following a Feb. 13 altercation at a Golden Mile Highway business.

• Marshall A. Stoken, 29, of North Huntingdon, with retail theft ($299) following a Jan. 30 incident at Tractor Supply on Manor Road.
