Charges filed with Export District Judge Charles Conway’s District Court. All persons charged have the right to a preliminary hearing and are innocent until proven guilty or pleading guilty before a judge in the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas.
• Collins Yochembeng, 31, of Penn Hills, with driving under the influence (highest rate of alcohol, general impairment) and a related traffic count after a Jan. 10 traffic stop on Old William Penn Highway.
• Daniel E. McManus, 43, of Export with driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana and a traffic count after a Jan. 1 traffic stop on School Road South.
• Tasha L. Hageder, 34, of Slickville with driving under the influence (highest rate of alcohol), and two related traffic counts after a Jan. 1 traffic stop on Route 22.
• Adam D. Lion, 41, of Pittsburgh’s Sheraden neighborhood with driving under the influence (highest rate of alcohol, general impairment) and related traffic counts after an incident at the Blue Spruce Shoppes on Route 22.
• Randolph G. King, 38, of Penn Hills with failing to report an accident and render aid, and related traffic counts after a Jan. 1 incident on School Road.
• Brian C. Skatell, 48, of Hempfield with harassment after a series of incidents occurring on social media beginning in April 2020.
• Henry E. Sandoval-Castellanos, 33, of Monroeville with driving under the influence, drug possession, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a Dec. 26 incident on Greensburg Road.
• Laurelann Kovac, 45, of Delmont with simple assault and harassment after a Dec. 27 incident at a Twelve Oaks Court residence.
• Reza Hatam, 68, of Murrysville with simple assault after a Dec. 29 incident at a Twelve Oaks Court residence.
Incidents reported by Murrysville police:
• An attempted break-in was reported at a William Penn Highway business on Jan. 2.
• Multiple thefts from unlocked vehicles were reported throughout the municipality on Jan. 6 including a purse, loose change and a pair of sunglasses.
• A 17-year-old Murrysville resident was charged with simple assault and harassment after a Jan. 6 incident at a local residence.
