Northern Tier Public Library continues Love Your Library month

September is Love Your Library Month, and Northern Tier Library is celebrating its sixth annual Love Your Library Campaign.
During September, all donations made to the library will receive a prorated match from the Buncher Foundation. A number of fundraisers are being held.
Love Your Library Book Sale
A Used Book Sale will take place all month. All book sale proceeds boost the Love Your Library donation total! Items for sale will be in the main part of the library.
Evening Flow Yoga Class
End your day with a gentle outdoor vinyasa yoga flow class designed to calm the mind and prepare your body for deep rest. Sheri Ward will lead the classon Sept. 27 from 6-7 p.m., and allow you to wind down the body and relax your mind for a restful evening. Fee is $9 and must be paid upon registration. Advance registration is required.
Pine Community Center Bookmobile
The bookmobile’s stop at Pine Community Center will now be on Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Take-home crafts
Kids of all ages are invited to enjoy a simple, weekly take-home craft every Tuesday through Oct. 11. Call or register online to reserve a supply kit that can be picked up on Tuesdays and enjoyed at home.
Zumba
Zumba is a strong cardio and muscular workout, incorporating dances such as merengue, salsa, hip-hop and belly dancing. A new series of classes will be held on Mondays, Oct. 3 through Nov. 21 from 6-6:45 p.m. A fee of $55 is charged for the series if paid in advance prior to the first class, or you can pay as you go at $9 per class. The fee must be paid at the time of registration, and registration is required.
Affordable prescriptions
The current trend of spiraling medical costs are of major concern to most Americans. Attend this virtual workshop presented by Senior Services of North America 3-4 p.m. Sept. 28 to learn how to save money on your prescriptions. Registration is required to receive the Zoom meeting link.
