A man accused of fatally shooting a man at a Penn Hills gas station in September has been extradited to Pennsylvania, according to Tribune-Review news partner WPXI-TV.

Michael Wade, 36, was arrested earlier this month in Georgia and charged with homicide in connection with the death of Dante Jones.

Wade is accused of shooting Jones, 34, multiple times at an Exxon gas station in the 4900 block of Allegheny River Boulevard on Sept. 9.

Jones was taken to an area hospital, where he later died.

U.S. Marshals and sheriff’s deputies apprehended Wade in DeKalb County in early November.

Wade is being held without bail in Allegheny County Jail. He is scheduled to be back in court on Dec. 7.
