Theft, drug charges among those before Penn Hills magistrate

Penn Hills District Judge Anthony L. DeLuca handled the following cases recently. Defendants will have court dates set in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Charges were filed by Penn Hills police unless otherwise noted.

Held for court

Ricardo Brisky Jr., 31, of Pittsburgh on drug charges related to manufacturing or delivering, driving with a suspended or revoked license, criminal mischief, criminal use of a communication facility, aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude police, criminal attempt and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed June 19.

Richard Banks, 36, of Pittsburgh on charges of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed June 19.

Demisha Williams, 32, of Wilkinsburg on two DUIs and a charge of driving under a suspended or revoked license. Charges were filed July 2.

Dion Crawford, 49, of Pittsburgh on charges of use and possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing administration of law or other governmental function. Charges were filed Oct. 23.

Waived for court

Travis A. Wadsworth, 33, of Plum on charges of theft and criminal mischief. Charges were filed July 26.

Victor Thorpe, 43, of New Kensington on charges of tampering with evidence, possession of narcotics, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving with a suspended license for a DUI. Charges were filed Aug. 19.
