Consumer alert lifted for Dragon Town restaurant in Bellevue

A consumer alert issued for the Dragon Town restaurant on Lincoln Avenue in Bellevue has been lifted as of Jan. 28.
An inspection on Jan. 18 found that utensils and food-contact surfaces were not being properly cleaned or sanitized, and that food was not stored at appropriate temperatures, according to a food safety assessment report posted to the department website.
Inspectors also found evidence of eating and smoking in the kitchen, according to the report.
Following the inspection, owner David Lin told the Tribune-Review that that there is no smoking in the kitchen, and that they are working to correct any violations found by the health department.
