Pittsburgh man struck by arrow in California-Kirkbride neighborhood
A Pittsburgh man was struck by an arrow in his ribs and transferred to the hospital late Friday night, said Pittsburgh police.
At about 11:45 p.m., police were called to the 800 block of Brightridge Street in the city’s California-Kirkbride neighborhood, where officers located a man behind a privacy fence with an arrow in his right side rib area.
Police said they rendered aid to the man as he lost consciousness.
Medics then transported the man to a hospital, where he was in critical condition late Friday, according to police.
Police are investigating the incident.
