Plum AARP meets at Legion post

Plum AARP 3067 will meet at noon Tuesday at American Legion Post 980, 7824 Saltsburg Road. Meetings usually are held at Unity Community Church.

There will be no formal program, just an opportunity to socialize with other members.

The annual summer social is scheduled for Aug. 8 at Pugliano’s Italian Grill, 1808 Golden Mile Highway, Plum, featuring a build-your-own-burger bar. Tickets, which cost $21, will be available at the June meeting.

Military Connections yard sale

Nonprofit Military Connections will host its annual indoor yard sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Living Word of Plum Church, 200 Elicker Road.
