DiBello is a 2024 Plum graduate, and organized the donations which are distributed to families in need.

Eagle Scouts must take charge of their project, coordinating volunteers, soliciting donations for materials and demonstrating leadership ability.

DiBello received his Eagle rank following a July 20 ceremony.
