Police: 2 people in stable condition after South Side Flats shooting

Two people were shot early Monday morning in Pittsburgh’s South Side Flats neighborhood, police said.

Officers responded to the 3200 block of East Carson Street around 3:40 a.m. where they found evidence of a shooting, according to Pittsburgh Public Safety spokesman Maurice Matthews. Additionally, police found one victim’s vehicle in the 3400 block of East Carson Street.

Both victims are in stable condition.

Details regarding the shooting were not immediately available.

Police are investigating.
