A Donora man was killed in a head-on crash late Saturday in Fayette County, according to state police.

Troopers said Quinte Lamar Brown, 26, was driving a Chevrolet Cobalt on Brownsville Road in Jefferson Township just before 11 p.m. when an oncoming Chevrolet Silverado crossed the center line and collided with the car.

The crash happened on a wooded stretch of road north of Brownsville in the western part of the county. Police said John D. Celaschi Jr., 24, of Perryopolis was driving the pickup. He was taken to a hospital for evaluation.

The Fayette County coroner had not released any information Sunday morning.
