Police seek missing Ohio man spotted in Pittsburgh
The Youngstown Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing man seen recently at a Pittsburgh facility.
Devan Lamont Davis, 22, was reported missing March 14 by his mother. She told police she hadn’t had contact with him since March 1.
In a Facebook post, the department said detectives discovered that Davis and an unknown female “sought assistance at a care facility in Downtown Pittsburgh but failed to follow up with the care plan.”
Police describe Davis as a Black male with a dark brown complexion who is 5-foot-11, 150 pounds and has a curly afro on top with faded sides. He wears larger glasses that tint in the sun.
Davis’ mother told police that Devan takes medication for a mental condition and she is concerned that he has not been taking the medication.
