Morning Roundup: Downtown Pittsburgh roads reopened after water main break; crash in Rostraver

Water main break cleaned up
The intersection of Liberty Avenue and Commonwealth Place has reopened after an overnight water main break made both roads impassable in Downtown Pittsburgh.
Pittsburgh Water crews were called to the intersection around 10:30 p.m. Sunday night.
An Allegheny County 911 supervisor said the road had reopened. An employee at PWSA said a portion of the intersection would likely have to close again when crews finish repairs and restore service.
Service is expected to be restored by noon, according to Pittsburgh Water’s website.
1 to hospital in Rostraver crash
One person was taken to the hospital after an early-morning crash Monday on Interstate 70 in Rostraver.
Crews were called to the 47-mile marker of I-70 around 4 a.m. after a tractor-trailer struck a highway maintenance vehicle and was disabled along the Yough Bridge, fire officials said.
Fire crews from Rostraver Central Fire Department worked to clean up fluids leaking from the truck.
Crews to work on Penn Hills landslide
Road crews will close Milltown Road between Hulton Road and Newfield Drive in Penn Hills starting Monday as they fix a landslide.
The section of road will close through late January.
Traffic will be detoured using Hulton, Saltsburg and Leechburg roads.
