“The buyer has the opportunity to make changes to the floor plan if they desire,” said Renee Konzier, a full-time agent for Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty. “It is customizable.”

Called the Farm View house, it’s described by Konzier as “super modern contemporary and California inspired.”

The property — almost 1 acre in Peters Township, Washington County — and home are for sale at $674,900, though changing the design can change the cost.

The owner of the property waits for the buyer to come along and then begins the construction process so it’s pretty much custom. The buyer can choose some of the details such as the cabinets, flooring, tile carpet and paint, fixtures and lighting since it isn’t built yet.

The location of this place is perfect, Konzier said. It is designed for 1,850 square feet.

It sits up on a hill with cool views. It is close to Route 19 for shopping and dining and part of the Peters Township School District.

“There are such pretty sunsets up there,” she said. “It is a really cool property because there are so many options. It’s a more personalized experience because it can be custom tailored to what the client desires.”
