Illegally dumped tires are often found and cleaned up by volunteers such as this mound of tires found along the Leechburg Road area in Penn Hills on Oct. 3, 2019.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission is asking the public for information about the illegal dumping of 100 tires on state game lands in Washington County over the weekend of Nov. 9-10.

The Game Commission issued a report of 100 tires dumped along Lindley, Dutch Glory and Little Daniels Run roads in North Bethlehem.

Anyone with information on the illegal dumping should contact the Game Commission’s Southwest Region Dispatch Center at 724-238-9523 or the Operation Game Thief Hotline at 1-888-PGC-8001.
