Acting on a tip from the FBI’s child exploitation unit, state police Friday arrested a Uniontown man on charges of allegedly videotaping himself engaged in sex acts with an underage girl and posting the images on the Internet.

Zachary T. Bosh, 35, was arrested by state police on charges of unlawful contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault under the threat of forcible compulsion and indecent assault on a person less than 16 years old. He was arraigned before Star Junction District Judge Richard Kasunic and jailed after failing to post $250,000 bail pending a preliminary hearing April 22.

Trooper Jessica Zangla of the Uniontown station reported the FBI’s child exploitation unit contacted state police after investigators discovered Bosh had posted the videos in a private chatroom. Zangla said investigators traced the source of the video to Bosh’s home on Ben Lomond Street.

Zangla said troopers seized “the same bed sheets as depicted in the picture (with the juvenile) provided by the FBI” inside Bosh’s home.
