Paws Across Pittsburgh seeks people to adopt handicapped dogs

Dolly, a two-year-old spaniel mix, is paralyzed from the waist down. She was adopted by a Paws Across Pittsburgh volunteer who started an offshoot program to find foster care for disabled dogs in Western Pennsylvania.
