Randy Dean McGuire and Lisa Marie Alsippi are accused of assaulting someone and stealing their vehicle on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020.

Kiski police are searching for a West Leechburg man they say assaulted a North Apollo resident and stole their vehicle early Tuesday morning.

Investigators say Randy Dean McGuire, 30, and Lisa Marie Alsippi, 41, of Saltsburg, worked together to assault the victim and steal the vehicle. Both are charged with felony charges of robbery of a motor vehicle, robbery and theft, along with misdemeanor charges of simple assault and summary charges of harassment, according to online court records.

Kiski police said they were called to a North Apollo residence around 8 a.m. for a report of an assault and theft of a vehicle.

When officers arrived, they determined that Alsippi and McGuire had assaulted the victim and stolen the victim’s vehicle. The victim, who police didn’t identify, suffered minor injuries, investigators said.

Officers arrested Alsippi after she drove the stolen vehicle back to the victim’s residence later Tuesday, investigators said. She remained in Armstrong County Prison on Tuesday afternoon after failing to post $10,000 bond. No attorney is listed for her in online court records.

Alsippi is set to appear for a Oct. 28 preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge James Andring in Leechburg, according to online court records.

Police didn’t immediately respond to messages seeking further comment Tuesday. Anyone who knows knows McGuire’s whereabouts is asked to call Kiski police at 724-478-3357 or 911.
