West Leechburg program to honor veterans with Main Street banners

West Leechburg resident Natalie Schmidt holds a portrait of her late husband, Army Staff Sgt. Jonathan Schmidt, who was killed in action two years ago in Afghanistan. Schmidt plans to order a veterans banner to honor her husband’s memory.

Banners may be purchased by West Leechburg residents or families of veterans who reside or previously resided in the borough.
