A North Belle Vernon woman is accused of ramming another vehicle in Greensburg twice Friday morning, according to court papers.

Cassie Ellen King, 33, was being held on $7,500 bail at the Westmoreland County Prison. Greensburg police said a male driver reported being yelled at by a woman in a Honda who then rammed his Subaru twice around 9:30 a.m. while following him around town, according to court papers.

Police stopped the two vehicles and found King was hurt, though they did not say in court papers how her injury happened — she got out of her vehicle with a blood-soaked cloth wrapped around her stomach. She was taken to a hospital and refused a blood test.

Police said King had enlarged pupils and was frothing at the mouth. Witnesses told investigators they saw King yell at the male driver, try to open his door and hit the back of his vehicle with the one she was driving, according to court papers.

She is charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and related offenses. Police said her driver’s license had been suspended. Seized from her vehicle was a used crack pipe and a bottle filled with what King said was her urine.

A Feb. 29 preliminary hearing is set.
