The second of two men wanted in connection with a Jan. 30 shooting in Greensburg was arrested Friday afternoon, according to police.
Stevin “Twogunz” S. German, 27, of Allison, near Uniontown, was charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment after allegedly engaging in a shootout with Evan R. Curley, 24, of Greensburg on West Otterman Street.
Curley faces similar charges.
German was ordered held without bond in the county jail after District Judge Chris Flanigan deemed him a “danger to the community” and a flight risk, according to court documents.
Video from the nearby Rialto bar and the Palace Theatre helped police to determine that German had fired seven shots from a 9 mm handgun, striking Curley twice in the legs.
Curley also fired at least one round from a 9 mm, one of which struck a bystander in the buttocks. He was treated at Excela Westmoreland Hospital, police said.
Curley was arraigned Wednesday and ordered held for similar reasons. Court documents did not list an attorney for either of them.
Both men are scheduled for a preliminary hearing Feb. 17 before Flanigan.
