The Pennsylvania Lottery said Monday a $3 million winning ticket in the “3’s a Charm” scratch-off game sold recently in Rostraver.

The winning ticket was sold at the Exxon station on Rostraver Road, lottery officials said. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

“3’s a Charm” is a $30 game, and $3 million is the top prize.

Lottery games have produced multiple million-d0llar winners in 2025 in Westmoreland County: A Cash4Life winning ticket was sold in February at the Latrobe Shop’n Save, and a Fayette County woman was presented with a $1 million check after purchasing a winning ticket in the “$1,00,000 Winnings” game from Foster House II in Belle Vernon.

According to official lottery figures, there are three remaining $3 million prizes in the “3’s a Charm” game, along with nine $300,000 prizes and 14 worth $30,000.

Other tickets can win prizes ranging between $900 and $3,000.
