State police in Greensburg are asking the public’s help identifying a suspect in the March 14 robbery of the 7-Eleven store in Hempfield Township. Anyone with information can call police at 724-832-3288.

State police in Greensburg released surveillance video and photographs of a man who robbed a Hempfield convenience store March 14 by threatening a store clerk with a knife.

The suspect entered a 7-Eleven at the intersection of Route 136 and Fosterville Road at 10:35 p.m. and brandished a knife, troopers said. The suspect, a white male, fled with cash and a pack of cigarettes in an unknown direction.

The amount of money taken in the robbery was not released by police.

Trooper Stephen Limani said no one was injured during the holdup.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has other information is asked to call state police at 724-832-3288.
