What could have been a huge drug bust crumbled when police determined the evidence was cake mix.

British Transport Police were dispatched when a suitcase containing 25 bags of white powder was spotted at Britain’s Gatwick airport on Wednesday, reports The Guardian.

An employee of Purezza vegan pizza shops was stopped by police and questioned about the blue bags of ingredients.

Police tested the white powder to determine it was legal and sent the passenger on his way.

“Following a number of inquiries and tests, it was determined these bags of powder were cake ingredients for a vegan bakery. They were soon reunited with the owner, who has promised officers and staff a slice of cake in return,” The Guardian quoted British Transport Police.

“Thanks for going easy on us guys! A slab of cake all round is in order when you’re next in Brighton,” the Purezza restaurant company tweeted, according to The Guardian.
