Regarding the article “Allegheny County reports 90 new coronavirus cases, the highest daily total for county” (June 27, TribLIVE): Why didn’t you include protests in the list of gathering places contributing to the uptick in coronavirus cases? Most of those attending didn’t have masks on and/or were nowhere near social distancing recommendations.

As an aside, why do some of those protesters have to destroy things? Go plant a community garden, cut your elderly neighbor’s lawn, clean up litter. I could go on and on. Build up, don’t tear down. You would make more of an impact on change.
