In judicial races, it’s common to hear buzzwords like “fair,” “neutral” or “impartial.” While a candidate may use these words, too often the same candidate will take campaign funds from special interest groups or from those with commercial interests in district court, pay to receive political endorsements or seek the endorsements of special interest groups. Such actions incur political or financial obligations that jeopardize judicial integrity and call into question a candidate’s ability to be fair, neutral and impartial.
Michael Girardi has proven his commitment to being a fair, neutral and impartial district judge by refusing to pay to receive political endorsements, seek endorsements from special interest groups, take campaign funds from special interest groups or take campaign funds from those with a commercial interest in district court.
