When the Pennsylvania Turnpike has closed all toll booths and will be saving $25 million with open road tolling, why does it continue to raise tolls? The turnpike has eliminated so many jobs and has turned the turnpike into a money-making business. I hope there will be a huge investigation ahead to see where all of this money goes.
