Two goals and an assist by forward Drew O’Connor helped the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins claim a 5-1 home win against the Cleveland Monsters at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Wednesday.

Forward Filip Hallander recorded two assists for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton while goaltender Dustin Tokarski made 22 saves in the victory.

The Penguins’ next game is a road contest against the rival Lehigh Valley Phantoms on Friday, 7:05 p.m.
