Forwards Michael Chaput and Sam Poulin each had a goal and an assist for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 5-1 home win against the Hartford Wolf Pack at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Wednesday.

Goaltender Louis Domingue made 24 saves on 25 shots for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (29-26-4-4) which has won three consecutive games while forward Drew O’Connor contributed two assists.

The Penguins’ next game is a road contest against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms on Friday, 7:05 p.m.

Goaltender Louis-Philip Guindon made 31 saves on 34 shots for the Wheeling Nailers in a 4-1 road loss to the Fort Wayne Komets at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Forward Matthew Querica scored the only goal for Wheeling (32-28-3-0) which has lost three consecutive games.

The Nailers’ next game is a road contest against the Indy Fuel on Friday, 7:10 p.m.
