Minor league report: Nailers’ 3-game winning streak snapped

Goaltender Brad Barone made 34 saves on 36 shots for the Wheeling Nailers in a 2-0 home loss to the Kalamazoo Wings at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, W.Va. on Sunday.

The result marked the second shutout this season of Wheeling (16-15-1-0) which had a three-game winning streak snapped.

The Nailers’ next game is a home contest against the Reading Royals on Wednesday, 7:10 p.m.
