Goaltender Dustin Tokarski made 25 saves on 27 shots for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a 2-1 home loss to the rival Hershey Bears at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Saturday.

Forward Alex Nylander scored the long goal for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (6-1-1-0) which had a winning streak snapped at six games.

Highlights:

The Penguins’ next game is a road contest against the Bears on Sunday, 4:30 p.m.

Forward Brooklyn Kalmikov had a goal and an assist for the Wheeling Nailers in a 4-3 road loss to the Reading Royals at Santander Arena in Reading.

Goaltender Tommy Nappier made 21 saves on 25 shots for Wheeling (2-4-0-0).

Highlights:

The Nailers’ next game is a road game against the Toledo Walleye on Wednesday.
