Minor league report: Tristan Jarry remains undefeated as Penguins beat Wolf Pack
Goaltender Tristan Jarry made 30 saves on 31 shots for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins who defeated the Hartford Wolf Pack, 2-1, at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre on Saturday.
Assigned to the American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate for conditioning purposes, Jarry improved his record in that league to 3-0-0.
Forward Ville Koivunen had a goal and an assist for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (6-2-0-0) while Penguins defenseman Isaac Belliveau scored his first career AHL goal.

The Penguins’ next game is a home contest against the rival Lehigh Valley Phantoms on Wednesday, 7:05 p.m.
Goals by forwards Atley Calvert and Matthew Querica in the final 28 seconds of regulation led to the Wheeling Nailers claiming a 2-1 comeback win against the Bloomington Bison in their home opener at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, W.Va.
Calvert scored at 19:32 of the third period while Querica’s goal happened only 15 seconds later. Goaltender Jaxon Castor improved his record to 2-1-0 by making 24 saves on 25 shots for Wheeling (3-3-0-0).
The Nailers next game is a road contest against the Cincinnati Cyclones on Wednesday, 7:35 p.m.
