INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 44-44) is on all-star break. Right-handed pitchers Mitch Keller (6-3, 3.32), Montana DuRapau (1-1, 1.93) and Dovydas Neverauskas (1-1, 2.31) as well as late-addition right fielder Trayvon Robinson (.322) were selected for the International League all-star game Wednesday night.

ALTOONA (Double-A, 47-38) is on all-star break. Three Curve players were selected for the Eastern League all-star game as right-handed pitchers Beau Sulser (7-0, 1.33) and Pedro Vasquez (6-1, 2.58 with Altoona) join C Jason Delay (.254) represented Altoona on Wednesday.

BRADENTON (High-A, 47-41) lost 2-1 to Lakeland (Tigers). RHP Aaron Shortridge (3-4, 3.89) gave up both Flying Tiger runs in four innings with a strikeout, two walks and four hits allowed in a losing performance. LF Lolo Sanchez (.182) drove in the lone Marauder score on a one-run double in the second inning. Both RHP Matt Eardensohn (0-0, 0.00) and LHP Ike Schlabach (1-0, 2.93) threw two scoreless innings of relief.

GREENSBORO (Low-A, 55-33) won 6-2 over Kannapolis (White Sox). RHP Alex Manasa (8-2, 3.07) earned the victory after allowing a run in five innings with three strikeouts, a walk and five hits allowed. C Grant Koch (.229) was 2 for 3 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored. 2B Ji-Hwan Bae (.302) went 2 for 4 with two doubles and a run scored. 1B Michael Gretler (.219) recorded two hits with a double and an RBI.

WEST VIRGINIA (Short season-A, 14-11) fell 8-4 to Aberdeen (Orioles) in 10 innings. The Black Bears led 4-1 after seven innings before Aberdeen scored seven runs in the last three innings, including four times in the top of the tenth. Both SS Jared Triolo (.246) and DH Matt Gorski (.224) had two hits, an RBI and scored a run. RHP Alec Rennard (0-2, 8.68) was tabbed with the loss after pitching the 10th inning, allowing three earned runs on four hits in one inning of relief with a strikeout. RHP Michael Burrows (2-1, 3.54) threw 42/3 scoreless innings to start the game with seven strikeouts, three walks and two hits allowed in a no-decision.

WASHINGTON (Frontier League, 21-30) is on all-star break. First baseman J.J. Fernandez (.277) and outfielder Hector Roa (.266) represented the Wild Things as the Frontier League all-stars took on top players from the Can-Am League on Wednesday.
