Robert Morris men’s basketball loses road game to Youngstown State

Jalen Hawkins led Robert Morris with 17 points, and Sayveon McEwen chipped in 13, but it wasn’t enough as the men’s basketball team lost to Youngstown State, 81-70, on Wednesday at Beeghly Center in Youngstown, Ohio.
Hawkins, coming off the bench, also led the team with a career-high seven rebounds.
The Colonials had 13 turnovers and shot just 40.6% from the field. They were outrebounded 39-30.
Robert Morris continues its three-game road trip Saturday at Florida Gulf Coast University.
