Steelers add OT Calvin Anderson from injured reserve, elevate 2 receivers for playoff game
The Pittsburgh Steelers added reinforcements along the offensive line and at wide receiver for their AFC wild-card playoff game at Baltimore on Saturday night.
Tackle Calvin Anderson was reinstated from injured reserve, and he will be active for the playoff game at M&T Bank Stadium. Anderson provides depth with rookie guard Mason McCormick being listed as questionable with a broken hand.
Wide receiver Scotty Miller, released from the 53-man roster Thursday, was signed to the practice squad and elevated to the active roster. Also elevated was fellow wide receiver Jamal Agnew.
With Miller joining the practice squad, the Steelers cut safety Ayo Oyelola from the practice squad.
Anderson joined the Steelers in September, and he has appeared in four games this season. He was placed on injured reserve Dec. 12 with a groin injury but returned to practice earlier in the week.
Since making his NFL debut in 2020, Anderson has appeared in 50 games and made 14 starts.
