Springdale’s marching band performs “Yellow Submarine” at the Alle Kiski Band Festival on Tuesday. Kiski Area hosted the event with 11 high school bands participating at Richard J. Dilts Field.

Kiski Area High School hosted the 74th Alle-Kiski Marching Band Festival on Tuesday night.

In addition to Kiski Area, other high schools participating were: Burrell, Deer Lakes, Freeport Area, Highlands, Leechburg Area, Penn Hills, Plum, Springdale and Valley.

Organizers have touted it as the longest-running band festival in the state.
